Ingredients: 

  • 1 Sachet Foodstrong’s Coffee Protein 
  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats 
  • 1 Spoon Cocoa Powder 
  • 1tsp Instant Coffee
  • 1 Spoon Sugar(any sweetener you prefer)
  • Vanilla Essence
  • Chia Seeds
  • Milk 
  • Yogurt 

Toppings(optional):

  • Cocoa powder

Preparation:

  1. Take a bowl and add 1 cup of rolled oats in it along with cocoa power, instant coffee, sugar (any sweetener), vanilla essence, chia seeds, and a sachet of the protein and mix everything well 
  2. Add milk to the mixture and refrigerate overnight
  3. Take the mixture from the refrigerator and layer the oats mixture and a spoon on yogurt in a short glass and top with cocoa powder and enjoy!
