Ingredients: 

  • 1 Sachet of Foodstrong Coffee Flavoured Protein
  • 200ml Milk
  • ¼ Cup Chia Seeds

Toppings(optional):

  • Seed mix or granola

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, take 1 sachet of foodstrong whey protein 
  2. Add 200ml milk and mix it well
  3. Add ¼ cup chia seeds
  4. Mix it well and refrigerate overnight 
  5. Take the mixture out of the refrigerator and mix it again
  6. Pour into cups
  7. Top with seed mix or granola and enjoy your power packed breakfast.
