Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Makhana
- Dry Fruits (Almonds & Walnuts)
- 1 Scoop Of Foodstrong’s Mango Flavoured Whey Protein
- 150ml Milk
Toppings(optional):
- Dry fruits
Preparation:
- Dry roast a bowl of makhana and some dry fruits
- Take a blender jar add the dry roasted makhana and dry fruits and add 1 scoop of the mango protein and make a powder
- Add 150ml of milk to the mixture and blend until smooth
