Ingredients: 

  • 1 Cup Makhana 
  • Dry Fruits (Almonds & Walnuts)
  • 1 Scoop Of Foodstrong’s Mango Flavoured Whey Protein 
  • 150ml Milk

Toppings(optional):

  • Dry fruits 

Preparation:

  1. Dry roast a bowl of makhana and some dry fruits 
  2. Take a blender jar add the dry roasted makhana and dry fruits and add 1 scoop of the mango protein and make a powder 
  3. Add 150ml of milk to the mixture and blend until smooth
  4. Serve, top with some dry fruits and enjoy!
