Ingredients: 

  • 200ml milk
  • 1 sachet of Foodstrong Whey Protein Mango Shake
  • 1 Banana
  • ¼ cup oats
  • 1 tsp Matcha powder
  • Some ice cubes

Method:

  1. In a blender jar, add 1 sliced banana, ¼ cup oats, 1 heaped tsp matcha powder
  2. Then add 1 sachet of foodstrong’s whey protein 
  3. Add 200ml milk and some ice cubes 
  4. Blend it together until smooth
  5. Serve and enjoy!
