Ingredients: 

  • 1 Peeled  Banana
  • 1tbsp Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 Scoop Foodstrong Unflavoured Protein Powder
  • 1tbsp Pumpkin Spice Mix
  • 200ml Milk
  • A Handful Of Ice Cubes

Toppings(optional):

  • Whipped cream 

Preparation:

  1. In a blender jar add 1 peeled banana, 1tbsp of pumpkin puree, 1 scoop of unflavoured protein powder, and 1tsp of pumpkin spice 
  2. Add 200ml of milk, few ice cubes and blend everything together until smooth
  3. Serve the cold smoothie in a glass and top it with some whipping cream and there you have it!
