Ingredients:
- 1 Peeled Banana
- 6-7 Fresh Cut Strawberries
- 1/4th Cup Blueberries
- 100ml Milk
- 2tbsp Yogurt
- Foodstrong Whey Protein Vanilla
Toppings(optional):
- Blueberries and strawberries
Preparation:
- In a blender jar, add 1 peeled banana along with 6-7 cut strawberries, 1/4th cup blueberries
- Add 100ml of milk with 2tbsp of yogurt
- Then add the foodstrong vanilla flavoured protein
