Ingredients: 

  • 400g Hung Curd
  • 200g Dark Chocolate 
  • 1-2tbsp Coconut Oil 
  • 1 Sachet Foodstrong Choco Almond Whey Protein 
  • Dark Chocolate

Toppings(optional):

  • Cocoa Powder

Preparation:

  1. Take 400g of hung curd in a bowl and whisk until its smooth  
  2. Take dark chocolate in a bowl and pour some coconut oil and microwave it
  3. Add a sachet of foodstrong’s whey protein to the curd along with the melted chocolate, mix it together and freeze the mixture for an hour
  4. Take out the mixture and pour a little dark chocolate on top to make a thin layer freeze it for another 5-10 minutes and dust it with cocoa powder.
