Ingredients: 

  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 2-3tbsp Almond Butter 
  • Honey/ Maple Syrup 
  • 2tbsp Greek Yogurt 
  • 1 Sachet Foodstrong’s Choco Almond Whey Protein 

Toppings(optional):

  • Oranges 
  • Grated chocolate 

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, take 1 cup rolled oats
  2. Add 2-3 tablespoons of almond butter and mix in honey/maple syrup according to sweetness preference and mix well 
  3. Take a cupcake tray and line it with cupcake liners
  4. Add a spoonful of the oats mixture to each cup, spreading it to the sides to create space and bake for 10 minutes at 140°C
  5. To make the chocolate filling, in a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of greek yogurt with 1 sachet of Foodstrong’s whey protein
  6. Once the oat cups have cooled, fill each cup with the chocolate ganache
  7. Top with slices of oranges and grated chocolate and now the yogurt cup are ready to be enjoyed!
