Ingredients: 

  • 1 Sachet Foodstrong Whey Protein Blend: Coffee
  • ½ Cup Yogurt 
  • Black Coffee/Espresso Shot 
  • Sugar/Honey
  • Cocoa Powder 

Toppings(optional):

  • Fruits

Method:

  1. In a bowl, take ½ cup yogurt. 
  2. Add 1 sachet of Foodstrong Whey Protein 
  3. Mix it together until there are no lumps
  4. Prepare instant coffee by adding coffee in hot water. Sweeten it with sugar or honey or make an espresso shot and dilute it with water
  5. Dip a rice cake in coffee let it soak and remove it within 3-4 secs
  6. Layer the dipped rice cake and coffee yogurt on a plate
  7. Dust cocoa powder on top
  8. You can also add fruits of your choice
