Ingredients:
- 1 Sachet Foodstrong Whey Protein Blend: Coffee
- ½ Cup Yogurt
- Black Coffee/Espresso Shot
- Sugar/Honey
- Cocoa Powder

Method:
- In a bowl, take ½ cup yogurt.
- Add 1 sachet of Foodstrong Whey Protein
- Mix it together until there are no lumps
- Prepare instant coffee by adding coffee in hot water. Sweeten it with sugar or honey or make an espresso shot and dilute it with water
- Dip a rice cake in coffee let it soak and remove it within 3-4 secs
