Ingredients:

  • 100ml milk of your choice (Cow/Almond/Cashew/Coconut milk) 
  • ½ cup chopped Pineapple
  • 1 sachet of Foodstrong Daily Protein Mango Shake
  • Ice cubes

Preparation:

  1. In a blender jar, add ½ cup chopped pineapple and milk
  2. To get your protein fix, add 1 pack of Foodstrong Daily Protein Mango Shake 
  3. Add ice cubes into the blender and blend.
