This recipe needs the humble Papaya, a portion of oats, and our grass-fed whey Shape Shake Kesar Badam lite. This recipe is low on carbs, packed with protein and dietary fiber.

Ingredients:
- 200 ml of milk of your choice (Cow/Almond/Cashew/Coconut milk)
 - 1 cup Papaya
 - 2 tsp oats (Steel cut/rolled/Quick-cooking oats)
 - 1 sachet of foodstrong Shape Shake Kesar Badam
 
Toppings(optional)
- Coconut flakes
 - Almond Flakes
 - Pumpkin seeds
 - Chia Seeds
 - Sunflower Seeds
 
Method:
- Pour milk into the blender, add roughly chopped Papaya slices and add 2 tsp of oats into the mix.
 - Slash open the Shape Shake Kesar Badam Lite sachet into the blender.
 - Time to blend. Blend till you get a thicker creamier consistency.
 - Pour the smoothie into a glass.
 - Serve the blend with ice or a generous amount of toppings of your choice.
